OK Network Drive (Z:) - Access to shared company files and data

OK Office Trust Settings - Ensures company applications run properly

OK Desktop Shortcut - Quick access to your work application

Terms of Use

By accepting these terms, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Authorized Use Only. The software, tools, and network access provided are for authorized business use only in connection with your role at All About Family of Companies and its subsidiaries.

2. Confidentiality. All company data, customer information, and proprietary systems accessed through this connection are strictly confidential. You agree not to share, copy, distribute, or disclose any company information to unauthorized parties.

3. Security. You agree to maintain the security of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify your supervisor immediately.

4. Acceptable Use. Company systems and network access are to be used for business purposes. Personal use should be minimal and must not interfere with work responsibilities or compromise system security.

5. Monitoring. All activity on company systems may be monitored and logged for security and performance purposes.

6. Equipment. You are responsible for maintaining the device on which this software is installed. Keep your operating system and antivirus software up to date.

7. Termination. Upon separation from the company, all company software must be uninstalled and network access credentials will be revoked. Company data must be returned or deleted from personal devices.

8. Compliance. Violation of these terms may result in immediate revocation of access and disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
